Refund/Exchange  policy

At Country Sass and Class I hope you love everything that you purchase, However I do understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help! 

Need a different size, color or pattern?  I am happy to exchange the product as long as it is still in stock.  Exchanges that can't be fulfilled (due to changing inventory) will be issued store credit

All returns will be issued as store credit.  

I will issue your refund (store credit) if it has been postmarked and sent back to me within 7 business days from delivery date.  If you are porch pickup, it is your responsibility to pick up your order and contact me about return/exchanges within 7 business days of notice your order is ready for pickup .  I will not issue store credit or exchanges if you fail to pick up your order within the 7 business days. No refunds will be issued for failure to pickup. After 30 days of failure to pick up or pay shipping invoice, your item(s) will return to inventory and NO refunds/store credit will be issued.

All returns/exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, tags attached, free of any stains & odors (perfumes, smoke, animal). Resellable condition. Buyer pays return shipping.  I will notify you of your store credit which you will have 90 days to spend.

Original shipping charges are not refunded or credited on a return.  You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Country Sass and Class. I highly recommend returning with tracking and/or insurance.


There will be no refunds issued on Sale items, ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE ITEMS!
